Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Duration:

Our policy allows for returns, refunds, and cancellations within 7 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, refund, or cancellation, your software/application package must not have been downloaded from the server.

Proof of Purchase:

To complete your return or refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once your return/refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds: 

If you haven’t received a refund within the stipulated time, please first check your bank account. If the refund is not posted, contact your credit card company and then your bank. If the issue persists, please contact us at vmsplanning05@gmail.com

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges: 

We only replace software if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at vmsplanning05@gmail.com with your order details.

Cancellation:

 Cancellations are eligible only if your software/application package has not been downloaded from the server.
